Assistant Manager: Lead Team & Guest Experience

Mission Mars is recruiting for an Assistant Manager at Rudy's Monton to drive restaurant performance, lead a front-of-house team, and uphold standards. You'll work closely with senior leaders on site to shape team culture, guest experience, and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage shifts, develop talent, and contribute to recruitment and training as the team grows, with opportunities to progress toward Deputy or General Manager roles within a growing brand.
