Assistant Manager: Lead Store, Coach Team, Drive Sales

Rituals is seeking a motivated retail professional to lead store operations when the Store Manager is away, coaching Sales Advisors and driving daily success. You will partner with the Store Manager on rosters and sales strategies, while delivering the brand's signature Feel Good Experience.

You will own the operations, manage stock, cash handling, and back-office duties, and coach the team to achieve targets in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
