Assistant Manager: Lead & Inspire Store Success (Flexible)

Starbucks in Newmarket is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team, support day-to-day operations, and step in for the Store Manager when needed. You will drive excellent customer experiences and ensure targets are achieved, while maintaining store standards and safety.

You'll lead from the front, coach and develop the team, and help maximise promotions and the customer experience in a fast-moving environment.
