King Pins Belfast is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy hospitality venue on Belfast Castle Lane. You will drive service standards, train and coach a large team, and ensure a memorable gaming and dining experience for guests.

With a 45-hour week, weekends and public holidays, you'll report KPI performance, manage safety/licensing, and help deliver quarterly plans while upholding brand values and a fun, professional culture.
