Job Description
Assistant Manager 
As an Assistant Manager at Pret a Manger, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, motivate the team, and deliver high quality food and customer service. You will help train staff, maintain health and safety standards, and manage stock control.
Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in daily store operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and quality food.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Maintain health and safety standards, uphold stock control, and reduce waste.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
- Bring genuine warmth and kindness to work.
- Have experience in retail or hospitality and the ability to lead a team.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Positive attitude with high energy and commitment to standards.
- Salary from £34,654
- 15% quarterly bonus
