Job Description
Job Overview

The Assistant Manager - System Performance will play a key role in establishing and monitoring the performance of the FET system according to a pre determined set of objectives designed to deliver on the implementation of the FET Strategy, 'Creating Futures'.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor the performance of the FET system against defined objectives.
  • Conduct research, manage and implement projects related to system performance.
  • Lead monitoring and evaluation activities to assess impact and inform strategy.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the tertiary sector to gather insights and foster collaboration.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute innovative ideas to advance system performance.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the tertiary sector, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, research, and stakeholder engagement. A strategic mindset, initiative, and adaptability are essential.

Benefits

Salary: €75,181 to €95,141 per annum (inclusive of two long service increments) for a 35 hour week, starting at the minimum point of the scale. An attractive benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme and opportunities for further training and development.
