OverviewThe Guinness Open Gate Brewery brings beer experimentation to life at St. James's Gate. As Assistant Manager, you will lead daily operations, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional visitor experiences in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day to day operation of visitor experiences, events and hospitality activities.
- Support team scheduling, training and performance development.
- Deliver exceptional beer and food experiences for guests.
- Foster a strong beer culture through coaching, education and engagement.
- Support inventory management, operational controls and compliance standards.
- Build relationships with consumers, stakeholders, media and hospitality partners.
- Experience supervising teams within hospitality, food & beverage or visitor attractions.
- Passion for beer and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
