About Your Team

Global Regulatory Reporting is a department within the Client Servicing Platforms team responsible for Fidelity's post trade reporting obligations such as EMIR, ASIC, MiFID transaction and trade reporting. The team also submits shareholding reports in EMEA and APAC and handles fund disclosure and sustainability reporting. It is a global team based in Dublin (Ireland), Dalian (China) and Gurgaon (India).

About Your Role

This role focuses on post trade regulatory reporting. The assistant manager will support the Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager, oversee global post trade reporting including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, and other regional regimes (ASIC, MAS, HKMA). Daily reconciliations and review of regulatory submissions for EMEA and APAC will be performed. The role acts as the point of contact for external brokers within a delegated reporting agreement model and manages the setup process for fund launches and derivative onboarding with external brokers.

  • Contribute to development of a global operating model, driving consistency, synergies, and best practices across regulatory reporting processes.
  • Work within a robust oversight framework to ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and adherence to strict regulatory deadlines.
  • Follow internal governance and control activities, ensuring compliance with delegated authority, policies, and regulatory obligations.
  • Provide risk management oversight and data quality assurance, identifying and mitigating reporting risks.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and global teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, controls, and data integrity across post trade processes.
  • Cover public holidays throughout the year as required.
About You
  • Solid knowledge of post trade regulatory reporting obligations (e.g. EMIR, MiFID, SFTR).
  • Middle office/trade management background with knowledge of derivative products (FX, OTC, ETD, CFD).
  • Structured approach to risk management and controls with experience supporting the design and enhancement of oversight frameworks.
  • High standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex situations internally and externally.
  • Self motivation with a diligent and detailed approach to prioritising and completing tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
