Assistant Manager & Payment Supervisor - Retail Growth

Growndirect in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager/Payment Supervisor to join its busy store. You will manage the payments area, oversee store administration and ensure policies are followed, while leading a small team.

The role includes a 6 month training period, hands-on duties, weekend and bank holiday work, and opportunities for career progression as the company grows. The position is full-time and based onsite in Exeter.
