Responsibilities

• Ensure the Nando's customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
• Drive the development of your team and spot great talent for future managers.
• Create a positive team environment with passion, pride and personality.
• Deliver PERi-PERi quality and customer service to dine-in, takeaway, and delivery customers.
• Manage shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous management experience and energy to motivate and inspire a team.
• Customer-obsessed with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Hungry to learn and develop; comfortable with change.
• Willingness to participate in training programs and internal progression opportunities.
