Assistant Store Manager

Chesham (In-store)

You won't just support the store, you will help drive performance, develop your team and play a key role in creating an environment where success naturally follows.

Your day to day responsibilities
  • Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
  • Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
  • Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
  • Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
  • Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
  • Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
