Assistant Store Manager

Your day to day responsibilities- Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
- Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
- Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
- Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
- Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
- Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
- Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
- Highly confident, with a strong presence on the shop floor
- Commercially driven, with a strong focus on delivering results
- A natural leader who inspires, coaches and develops others
- Motivated by targets and KPIs, with a track record of achieving results
- Resilient, positive and energised by a fast paced environment
- Skilled at influencing decisions and confidently closing sales
