Located in the heart of Soho Shack Fuyu is our Inspired by Japanese Yoshoku food, the Western-influenced cooking style popular in Japan. Serving up the famous "best pudding in London" Kinako French Toast, bottomless brunch, al a carte, pre-theatre and tasting menus.
Our service is very informal but extremely professional and we are always looking for people who like to do something a little different whether working the floor or kitchen. We're now looking for an assistant manager to step up from working in service to help lead service.
Of all of our restaurants, Shack Fuyu is the one that stands on its own. There has only been and only ever been one. With there is opportunity for much more autonomy within the role. With that, we're looking for a Supervisor that is passionate in not only our industry but in Shack Fuyu and training a team who can illustrate that dedication and enthusiasm to our guests.
