We're looking for a passionate, hands on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations. You'll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing:Running daily operations
Building, training, and inspiring your team
Ensuring top notch customer service every time
Upholding our food safety and quality standards
Driving sales and hitting KPIs
️ Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
1 years' experience leading a team in a fast paced hospitality or retail environment
Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
Great communicator and natural problem solver
Results driven with a passion for people and great food
Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
Ready to climb the ladder and progress
A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training!
