Assistant Manager

We are a brand new specialty coffee shop and wine bar. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has a passion to join the family and use a hands-on approach to be a top-notch team builder maximizing skills, performance and confidence of the team. You should be motivated by achieving top results whilst being responsible in maintaining our high standards. You must be charismatic and positive to manage issues and changes with a can-do attitude.

Baruccio serves coffee and focaccia for lunch and small bites and wines from dinner. You must be able to coordinate and supervise all day-to-day tasks efficiently.
