Assistant Manager - People, Care & Store Operations

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer and patient care while driving strong commercial performance. You'll coach staff, schedule rotas, and ensure safe, compliant store operations with ownership for daily performance.

You'll report to the Store Manager and be hands-on in daily duties, balancing people, performance and operations to create a welcoming environment where customers return and trust the service you provide.
