Assistant Manager - Lead Guest Experience & Team Growth

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our brands in Birmingham. You'll support the General Manager, lead and develop the team, and ensure an excellent guest experience across food, drink and service.

You'll motivate your team, train staff, and act as Duty Manager when needed, with progression opportunities, discounts, and rewards available as part of joining our friendly hospitality group.
