Assistant Manager - Lead Frontline & Grow with Us

HatHats Coffee Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hangloose, Bluewater. You will lead the team in the Outlet Manager's absence and help run daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent standards.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, shifts up to 30-37.5 hours, training in East Kent, and a passion for people. You may progress to manage your own store in time.
