Assistant Manager - Lead & Develop a Retail Team

Farmfoods Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Stamfordham Road shop in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role is permanent, full time, with 43 hours across 5 days per week, usually including at least one weekend shift.

You will work closely with the shop manager, coach and develop a small team, and act as shop manager in their absence. You'll help process deliveries, maintain safe, clean conditions, and control costs while delivering excellent customer service.
