Assistant Manager - Hospitality Team Leader (Hostels)

Beds & Bars in Southwark is seeking a hands-on supervisor to work alongside the General Manager. You will lead a team, help with rotas and training, and ensure guests have a welcoming, smooth experience across rooms and bars.

The role requires solid supervisory experience and hospitality know-how, with responsibilities including opening/closing duties, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive team spirit. This is a full-time, on-site position in London.
