The Role

As an assistant manager, you'll support the people we care for and lead a team to deliver high quality, person centred support. You'll help shape a positive home environment and motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Lead and support the care team in delivering high quality, person centred support.
• Maintain a positive home environment for residents.
• Motivate your team to go above and beyond every day.

Person Specification Experience

• Experience leading or supervising a care team.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and great with people.
• A passion for making a real impact.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Adult Care (or working towards it).
• Level 3 in Adult Care or Team Leading (bonus).
• Experience with care planning software (bonus).
