We are seeking a Cyber Security Server Engineer to join our Deloitte Global Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 4th level operational support for endpoint health incidents and requests, including on-call duties.
  • Manage and monitor support tickets, supporting major incidents as needed.
  • Develop expertise in endpoint protection products such as CrowdStrike, McAfee, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and playbooks.
  • Assist with change management activities for product upgrades, collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Respond to escalations from Security Policy Management, GNOC, SOC, and Member Firms, providing support and guidance.
  • Support testing of product upgrades and perform other related duties as assigned.

Connect to your skills and experience

  • Experience with configuration and deployment of endpoint protection platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of server OS (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Linux distributions) and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Understanding of computer networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of configuration workflows and playbooks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Python and PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Supporting security tools like anti-virus and intrusion detection systems.
  • Experience within a service management framework such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools and SCCM, BigFix.
