Job Description

To performallocated tasks efficiently and to a high standard on the more complex areas ofwork. To assist the manager to ensureteam delivers the required services within the deadlines. To work independently on tasks and be able toself-manage own workload and support the manager on managing the workload ofthe team.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintenance of accurate information in key systems, this could include bank statements, transactions, bookkeeping, the financials and pack or accounting records for a portfolio of clients.
  • Raise and resolve any queries on a timely basis and liaise with other team members or the client to ensure timely resolution of matters arising within the required deadlines.
  • Assisting other team members with their queries and provide guidance on when items need escalated.
  • Communication of any possible issues to manager on a real time basis.
  • Preparation of information for more complex clients, which may include portfolio information, bookkeeping, Trial Balances, or financial statements and/or liquidation account.
  • Review of information prepared by the team on simple entities/tasks to support the manager.
  • Actively participate in calls/meetings with the team/client to discuss matters Client arising and working closely with the manger on the tracking of work against deliverable schedule.
  • Provide support to junior team members and the team Manager.
  • Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, all operational guidelines/polices/procedures/controls.
  • Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.
Essential Requirements
  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good numeracy.
  • Good IT skills - working experience of excel isessential.
  • Preferable to be qualified, must be a least partqualified with relevant experience (+5 years).
