Assistant Lab Manager - Maternity Cover (9-12 months)

Dale Farm is seeking an Assistant Laboratory Manager on a maternity cover basis to lead a team of analysts and technicians in our central laboratory. You will direct testing activities, manage performance, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency and compliance across the group's technical centre.

You will oversee budgeting, training, audits and data reporting, ensuring adherence to UKAS/CLAS/RSA schemes while maintaining safety standards.
