Assistant Kitchen Manager / Chef de Partie - Spa Passes

Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie for the Takeaway operation. You will support the Kitchen Manager in delivering top-notch food quality and service, lead a kitchen team, and ensure cost control and compliance with food safety standards to maintain efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a full-time schedule, with a salary around £34,200 per
