Job Description
Assistant ICT Technician

Permanent, full-time position working 37 hours per week. Term time only including INSET plus 2 weeks. Salary: Grade 3 (SCP5) £25,583 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £23,349.15 per annum.

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic Assistant ICT Technician to join our evolving organisation.

The successful candidate will work with the Lead ICT Technician with all aspects of technical support to provide effective service to staff and students in the school. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Lead Technician and will be able to work independently, and as part of a team. We are in the fortunate position of being well resourced; we have a combination of PCs, laptops, Chrome books, Interactive Displays and, as a Microsoft school, we make extensive use of Microsoft 365.

All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
