Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms.

We are looking for someone for the position of:

Assistant Human Resources 40% - 60% (m/w/d)

Introduction

• Ensure a smooth entry and exit process from A-Z
• Prepare offers, payslips and certificates
• Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, obtaining work permits, processing accident and illness reports
• Organize the end of contract documents
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations in accordance with the L-GAV
• Administration of onboarding and offboarding
• You support and accompany our employees from the moment they move into
  staff accommodation and ensure that they remain connected to us as ambassadors when they leave

Your Tasks

• Get your accommodation in our staffhouses in the surroundings of the hotel
• Select the half/full pension from our staff restaurant
• Be a hotel member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels group and enjoy discounted stay in the partners' hotels
• Enjoy the benefits and discounts of the YOURGSTAAD card over the station
• Get access to Brands for Employees and their platform of deals
