Our client, an award winning, independent trust company, is seeking an experienced HR generalist at the Assistant Manager or Manager level. This is a broad generalist role in a team with oversight of several jurisdictions, covering the full employee lifecycle: employee relations, recruitment, learning & development, payroll and operations.
Qualifications & ExperienceApplicants must have proven experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within financial services, and strong knowledge of both Jersey and UK employment law, plus a good understanding of HR best practice. Experience handling employee relations matters, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are required. A proactive, hands on approach and a strong commitment to a dynamic and supportive organisation are essential.
