Travelodge Leeds Central is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel team, delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving performance across the operation.

You will develop personal development plans, recruit and induct new colleagues, ensure brand standards for food and beverage, oversee health & safety, and manage rosters, banking and maintenance to support KPI targets and an engaging workplace.
