Assistant Hotel Manager - Lead Team, Elevate Guest Stays

Travelodge Dover is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role focuses on developing team members, recruiting great talent and ensuring a welcoming induction for new starters.

You will oversee service standards, drive food and beverage opportunities where applicable, monitor customer feedback, manage rotas, banking and health & safety, and report on maintenance to keep rooms and public areas pristine.
