Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion & SENDCo

Reach South Academy Trust invites applications for Malmesbury Park Primary in Bournemouth for an Assistant Headteacher Inclusion to start January 2027 (or earlier). The post leads the SEND provision across the school, including the Resource Provision for pupils with social and communication needs and the SEND team.

The role provides strategic leadership of inclusion, operational management, and the statutory SENDCo duties while contributing to the Senior Leadership Team.
