As part of the school's continued growth and development, the Headteacher is strengthening the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have a class teaching commitment (likely within Upper KS2) and will take strategic responsibility for either Curriculum & Standards or Inclusion across the school, depending on experience and expertise.

The school is open to different leadership specialisms and is keen to appoint someone who brings energy, vision and a commitment to raising outcomes for all pupils.

The successful candidate will:
  • Hold QTS and have strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • Be an experienced middle leader or current Assistant Headteacher
  • Demonstrate a proven impact on pupil progress and whole-school improvement
  • Have the confidence to lead, inspire and support colleagues
  • Be ambitious and keen to develop further professionally
