The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, energetic and innovative Assistant Headteacher with excellent management and interpersonal skills to assist the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in leading our team of dedicated teaching and support staff.

If you are a current experienced leader with a passion and moral purpose for making a difference, this is the role for you. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and innovative leader who can work effectively alongside the senior team to facilitate school improvement at Severn Primary School.

The role will have a focus on assessment and curriculum design and development across the school. However, the right candidate will also be willing to adapt their role over time according to the school's priorities, both for personal development and succession planning.
