Assistant Headteacher - Wellbeing, Inclusion & Development

The Shires School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to lead wellbeing, inclusion and personal development. You will drive whole school SEND and create an inclusive culture where every pupil thrives academically, socially and emotionally.

Working with the Headteacher and SLT, you will monitor progress, lead strategic SEND delivery, and champion high standards of behaviour and welfare across the school.
