Assistant Headteacher - Strategic Leader: Growth&Inclusion

Watertoren Utrecht is seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher for a large primary setting in Oswestry. Working with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and SLT, you will drive strategic vision, school growth and continuous improvement.

You will oversee a large staff and pupil body, champion inclusion, lead major curriculum initiatives, and take a leading role in safeguarding to ensure accelerated progress for all pupils, including vulnerable groups.
