The school is looking to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher on a long term or permanent basis from September 2026. The successful Assistant Head Teacher will balance teaching responsibilities alongside a key pastoral leadership role, while contributing to regular SLT meetings and supporting whole school strategic planning.
Qualifications- QTS and significant teaching experience within the UK
- Proven experience in a leadership or middle leadership role
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and pastoral care systems
- Experience contributing to school improvement strategies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative leadership approach
