Assistant Head Sommelier - Lead Wine Service in Mayfair

Murano Restaurant in Mayfair is seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead our wine service in the Head Sommelier's absence. You will guide wine service, develop knowledge, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, Michelin-starred environment.

We value charismatic, warm service, deep wine and beverage passion, and a collaborative spirit with strong communication. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and WSET 3 are required for growth within our team.
