Assistant Head of House

Assistant Head of House - responsible for supporting the Head of House and the Pastoral & Inclusion Teams, working with students and safeguarding them. The role is non teaching and involves regular contact with children.
We welcome applications from non teaching staff; no classroom teaching is required.
Qualifications- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Previous experience as part of a team
- Ability to make sound and logical judgments in decision making
- Proven team player who adds value to the team
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and use a measured, informed approach to manage conflict or pressured situations
- Ability to work under pressure whilst supporting others to remain calm and measured
- Resilience and positivity in equal measure
- Ability to multi task even when under pressure
