Assistant Head Chef: Lead High-Volume Italian Kitchen

Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Head Chef in Belfast to lead shifts, run the pass, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will balance guest dining with delivery channels and contribute to ongoing kitchen performance improvements.

You will coach junior chefs, uphold safety and food hygiene, and drive consistency across all service periods, including evenings and weekends, while supporting the Head Chef and management.
