Assistant Gym Manager: Lead Team & Member Experience

PureGym Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager in the UK to lead a team of fitness professionals and enhance member experience.

You will work closely with the Gym Manager to recruit, train and supervise Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches and Gym Instructors, while promoting a high-performance culture and excellent service. You will also drive staff development, expand group exercise offerings and support outreach activities to grow membership.
