Assistant Gym Manager: Lead & Develop Fitness Team

PureGym is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to help deliver an outstanding member experience and drive club standards under the Gym Manager. You will recruit, train and supervise a team of fitness professionals, and help grow membership through outreach and events.

You will lead group exercise offerings and support staff development, while upholding PureGym's values and service levels. This role combines leadership with hands-on coaching in a dynamic gym environment.
