Assistant Gym Manager - Lead Team & Member Experience

PureGym Ltd. in Guiseley is seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to support the Gym Manager and lead a team of fitness professionals while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will recruit, train and supervise Personal Trainers and Gym Instructors, drive group exercise offerings, and foster a positive, high-performance culture that grows our membership base and ensures service standards are met. The role is 20 hours per week with a contracted salary and 33 days leave, plus a benefits
