Assistant General Manager: Lead Teams & Drive Performance

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Limerick Crescent restaurant in Dooradoyle. You'll work with your Patrão (General Manager) to lead the team, manage operations, and drive performance focused on guest experience.

You'll follow a structured training plan, promote safety and compliance, balance the budget, forecast labour, and develop colleagues to progress to GM roles. A strong hospitality background and leadership in a fast-paced setting are essential.
