• Ensure the Nando's customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
• Be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team

• Previous management experience
• Passion, pride and drive to motivate
• Passion for people, food and hospitality
• Hungry to learn and develop, comfortable with a fast paced changing environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
