Talented AGM needed for this incredibly well loved neighbourhood spot. Beautiful, modern European food, incredible wine list. Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Top neighbourhood spot with an excellent reputation, incredible produce led cooking, exceptional wine list.
• Lead the floor as AGM, supporting the GM and managing the team.
• Perform usual AGM responsibilities on the floor and with the team.
• Participate in fun projects and trips.
• Work a 48 hour week, Sundays always off.

Requirements

• Very strong RM or AGM experience; must be able to hit the ground running at a busy spot.
• Experience in modern European cuisine and outstanding wine service desirable.
