About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly day to day. You'll lead by example, creating memorable guest experiences rooted in heritage and authenticity, while supporting your team to grow with passion, responsibility, and opportunity.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior FOH manager in a busy restaurant.
  • A natural leader who thrives under pressure and motivates those around them.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A love for Italian cuisine, culture, and warm hospitality.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
