Assistant General Manager - Hospitality & Guest Experience

Caffeine & Machine in Ampthill, Bedford, seeks an Assistant General Manager ( AGM ) to work with the GM to drive success, quality, and a stellar customer experience across automotive and hospitality. AGMs coach teams, maintain autonomy, and ensure financial goals are met with support from the GM.

The role features up to £35,000 per annum, tips, 28 days leave + birthday, a contributory pension, and generous staff discounts for friends and family.
