Responsibilities

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. Supporting the Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue.

Qualifications
  • Previousexperience within a front office,receptionor front of house position, or equivalent
  • People management experience
  • Quality & standardsdriven
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4 , 148 bedroom property.
