The Role:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing the front office staff, and support with onboarding and training new employees
  • Assist in the front office operations, from scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed and monitor and manage daily revenue reports
