# Assistant Football CoachResidential Camps & International Tournaments The RoleREPs Football is seeking qualified coaches to assistant a squad of ambitious young players at our upcoming residential camps. This is not a "babysitting" role; you will be helping deliver a high-performance syllabus designed to mirror a professional academy environment.This role is perfect for those who are starting their coaching journey and want to gain experience whilst being surrounded by high-quality, highly-experienced lead coaches.Successful candidates may also be invited to the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden (July 2026). Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging training sessions for players aged 10-14. Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment. Contribute to our coaching philosophy focused on individual player development. Help motivate and inspire players throughout the residential stay. Assist with pastoral care within the accommodation alongside a full team of coaches. Requirements FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Required). Current FA Enhanced DBS & Up-to-date Safeguarding. Level 1 in First Aid in Football (Desirable). A passion for football and commitment to long-term player development.
