Assistant Farm Manager: Livestock Welfare & Site Ops

Avara Foods Limited is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager for the Marchington site. The role is farm-based with a focus on livestock welfare, biosecurity and daily management of an modern farm, reporting to the Farm Manager. Flexible scheduling and 6 days a week working pattern are part of the role.

You will supervise staff, maintain records, and ensure compliance with health, safety and legislative standards while supporting cost-effective farm operations and site maintenance.
